Lake Woodruff Wildlife Refuge The Lake Woodruff Wildlife Refuge is located in De Leon Springs, Florida. Lake Woodruff NWR supports over 200 species of birds, including endangered species. Lake Woodruff NWR has over 21,000 acres with access to Lake Woodruff, Lake Dexter and the St. Johns River.
